I just purchased a Netgear wireless router yesterday and I just found out today that its refurbished. I’m worried that it might be a broken piece of junk, and I was wondering if anyone has ever purchased a refurbished router. I’ve seen the ratings for it on multiple websites and they’re all pretty good, but it might be useless if it is defective.

My control key has stopped working. The left control key actually mutes the sound and I haven’t figured out if the right control key is doing anything weird but it doesn’t work either. Its really annoying and I need to fix this. What do I do?
