Please tell me if you have purchased something from tigerdirect.com before and whether you were satisfied or not. Also Tell could y’all tell me if you have every bought any refurbished stuff from anywhere before and tell me if that worked out well for you. And finally let me know if you have ever bought anything refurbished from tigerdirect.com and if it was good quality and worked for a long time or not.

My computer was just restored and now every time I scroll up and down a line shows up on the computer and follows the direction I’m trying to go in, almost like a wave. I’ve tried the mouse settings on the control panel, any shortcuts I can take or do to fix this?
